AVIX's AXH-E230 Overcomes Global Pandemic Challenges to Serve in Australia
As the global pandemic spread, we were unable to travel, and outsiders couldn’t come in. Yet, AVIX’s AXH-E230 unmanned helicopter broke through the fog, flying across the Southern Hemisphere, dutifully serving in the vast wilderness of Australia.Just before the Lunar New Year, we received an inquiry from Atlas Geophysics (AG) in Australia regarding the specifications and delivery time of our UAV. The quick decision-making and prompt actions were impressive—orders and payments were processed immediately. AG, a company specializing in geological magnetometry, geophysical exploration, and inspections using unmanned aircraft, operates extensively across Australia's rich terrain.AVIX had already prepared everything for the international market, including English versions of the product brochures, user manuals, maintenance details, and training materials. As the saying goes, "Prepare the provisions before the army moves," and we swiftly sent our products to meet the demand. After a few rounds of video calls and online training, any operational or technical issues were resolved smoothly. Given that AG’s pilots and engineers are experienced professionals, the end users quickly became proficient in operating the UAV. In no time, our helicopter was ready for deployment, fully capable of handling the task. When we recently contacted AG, we couldn’t help but ask how they were operating our helicopter. One particular challenging mission stood out—“The task was urgent, and we had to fly continuously for seven days. We flew 65 minutes per sortie, making 6-7 flights a day. In one week, we accumulated over 455 flight hours. When the battery ran low, we would land, change the battery within ten minutes, and continue flying. After several months of operation, the helicopter had accumulated over 2,000 kilometers of flight time.”
